Prospecta BuildX India Pvt. Ltd. (PBIPL) was established with a vision to provide high-standard infrastructure solutions. From the outset, our goal was to combine innovation, quality, and client satisfaction to deliver exceptional construction projects across India.

First Project Secured

In January, we secured our first major project at Nuance. This was a significant milestone that demonstrated our capability to deliver projects with precision and excellence. Successfully completing this project laid the foundation for our reputation as a reliable and efficient construction partner, opening doors to new opportunities.

Achieved 111cr Group Turnover

Our relentless pursuit of excellence and commitment to quality resulted in a remarkable financial milestone. The group turnover for the fiscal year 2022-23 reached an impressive 111 crores. This achievement highlighted our growth trajectory, established our financial robustness, and enabled us to take on more ambitious and larger-scale projects.

Benchmark Industrial Landmark Order

In 2023, we reached a new pinnacle by securing landmark orders from industry giants Pidilite and CEAT. These projects underscored our expertise in handling large-scale industrial construction and solidified our standing in the market. This year was a testament to our growing reputation for delivering complex projects with superior quality and efficiency.

Major Project Wins

January 2024 marked another significant achievement for PBIPL. We were awarded our largest project to date, the Kohinoor Riverdale project, valued at 140 crores. Additionally, we secured a substantial industrial project for Hyundai Motors. These wins reflect our capability to manage and execute large-scale projects, further cementing our position as a leader in the construction industry.

Yuvraj, Ajay and Krishna likeminded people founded Prospecta BuildX in 2018 based on the core values of teamwork, integrity and commitment. Our work has resulted in the transformation of skylines, communities, and the construction industry. Prospecta first made its mark on the industry by pioneering the use of steel-reinforced concrete for general building, which allowed our company to deliver safer, stronger, and more efficient buildings to our clients. Today, our reach Pan India, and our people uphold Prospecta BuildX vision to provide valuable services to clients and build partnerships in the community.

Yuvaraj is Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering with 24 Years of rich Corporate Experience in Project Management, Execution of Large scale Industrial, Commercial, IT, Residential Projects, Infrastructure development and Interior Fit outs.

Executive Director-Strategy

Ajay Thote

Ajay Thote is Graduate in Civil Engineering from Govt. College of Engineering ,Aurangabad. A Construction Engineer with high success ratio in initiating projects, managing project life cycles and closing projects with post completion support.
Over 12 years of Project and Construction Management experience in the field of large scale Industrial and Commercial construction with acumen in complex Brownfield Projects. He has worked with leading EPC companies such as Larsen & Toubro Ltd, BRCCPL and OEM’s such as Hero Moto Corp. Ltd. And Varroc Group.
